This song still sounds as fresh and vibrant as in did in 1986. They've created some of the best pop music over the last 1/4 century (that oddly enough seems to only get played in grocery/drug/dollar stores and chain/fast food restaurants

Well they're considered a "one hit wonder", at least in the USA. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. VH1 used to show Blow Monkeys videos too, but I don't remember them being played on the radio or having any hits. It's interesting that VH1 started out as a soft rock/pop channel showing Kenny Rogers and Air Supply videos and what it ended up being.
