I was expecting a complete train wreck, And this obviously fan-made video doesn't help. BUT the vocal take( minus the spoken part) is pretty interesting. Not bad. This is what you want...This is what you get. | |

Lol....I like it. I like a lot of DLR's solo material. Very uneven, but there's some good stuff. This cover is from his last album Diamond Dave. Which is mostly cover tunes but reworked and unique. Consequently, the above video footage is from his home video release David Lee Roth's No Hold's BBQ. It's a compilation of weird video clips, acoustic performances, and just plain bizarre DLR shorts. Lol. It was never offically released on DVD. As far as I know. I've been trying to track it down to no avail. There are some clips from it on youtube. It looks like a lot of fun. Fantasy is reality in the world today. But I'll keep hangin in there, that is the only way. | |

There are some no holds BBQ footage in youtube. He also sings ELO and beatles.Filmed at his house I believe. Dave is making little clips on vimeo. It's pretty cool.
