Funny enough, most single titles seem to be printed as "Heartbreak Hotel", except for a Japanese re-print in 1988:

They didn't change the title until maybe 1984 or so. Right around the time the albums were released on CD for the first time

I loved this song I just wish the song was released on the Victory album not the Triumph album only because by 1984 music videos was popular. This song I imagine would've been a great video.

(equivalent to the Thriller video) The piano at the end of this song was always haunting to me. Surprisingly this song wasnt a crossover hit.

It could be argued that CBS didn't really push enough. The song peaked at #22 pop.
