Is this going to be sold in stores (because I don't download)?

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Thanks for the heads-up. I like that the album's going to run under 40 mins. Hope to hear the quality from backin the day.
Against the ruin of the world, there
is only one defense: the creative act.

I wonder what happened to N'Dea. She was still in the group a few months ago.

^^^I just listened to the samples, her voice doesn't sound like it would fit with the Heavies. It's not for me, too modern pop sounding, and I don't listen to current mainstream music. If N'Dea is not participating, they should have just went back to Nicole Russo. I like Nicole's voice well enough. I'd rather Jan Kinkaid sing all the songs, than listen to this new singer.

BNH said they were recording an album late last year, when N'Dea was still in the group. I wonder how far along they came and if any songs were finished. I'm more interested in that, than the stuff they're doing with Honey. I'll think I'll skip it, like I did with the Siedah Garrett album.

I love BNH and love them most with N'Dea Davenport. But, I've enjoyed non-Davenport BNH before. "Shelter" with Siedah Garett on vocals was great. Plus I really like a lot of tracks on the Original Flava compliation that have other singers.

And, honestly, I never thought that "Get Used to It", the return of Davenport, was that good.

So, I guess I'm saying that while I'll miss N'Dea, BNH have shown before that they can produce great music without her.
