Blues for Klook (The Question of U?)

Anyone else heard this? It bears more than a passing resemblance to The Question Of U for sure, but also creating and inhabiting its own mood. I was watching the Grand Prix of skating this morning from Japan. Daisuke Takahashi had this music for his program, worked pretty well for what he was doing, and I thought I recognized the tune. I just had to find out what song it was afterwards, thankfully the announcer dropped the name.
