First off if you don't like Lenny and are going to be whinning about how unfunky he is or how his music is yada yada just leave and go to another thread it's that easy

Any who, for people that DO like lenny. What do you think of this album? i really like the Lenny album, some fans are mixed. It's nothing groundbreaking yes but every song is good nothign spectacular but nothing bad either

This album was coming off the huge hit Again and the 5 album which produced many hit singles, and this album has many big production rock songs that i actually really dig.

I love this man, and that album was amazing. Believe and Stillness of heart are my favorite songs off of it, I think Lenny K is very funky and has his own distinctive noise.

It was groundbreaking to me well thats because I'm a big fan.

I exactly really like this album... and I have alot of fav tracks Lenny has done. He is definitly underrated... Very versatile sound and style..

People hate Lenny cause he is open about wanting to play like the people who inspired him, and he wants to sound like them He is honest about it idk why people act like he's stealing or some shit

Yea you can hear the influences but you can see his originality in his music as well as his style... its not a straight swagger jack like some other folk I can mention but wont He at least tries to be creative.

"Please believe in me, cuz what I need is for you to believe in me" - that's some bad songwriting right there.

I wish he went more in the direction of the 5/Again music, the following album seemed to regress, but Lenny is doing his thang

I have all Lenny's cd's and I like everyone of them. Some are definitely better than others, but I think he's a decent artist and a good person. I've been listening to him since his Romeo Blue days. I really like his latest cd too. Seen him in concert several times and he always puts on a great show.

Not to mention that he's as hot as they come

He's one of my favorite artists that I still haven't seen live yet!!!! Hopefully in 2012 I'll get to see him.

Sometimes his writing is eh, but the song has better written songs. I Like Believe In Me for it's synth sound mixed with rock... the lyrics are eh

I don't think this album was one of Lenny's best but he definitely did a better job on Baptism.
