lol

They never even had any top 100 hits either! only on the rock chart. Even though i only got to 9 in the 90's lol

I liked that people could see all kinds of different bands, no matter what genre and there was even seperate music shows R.I.P Yo MTV Raps & Headbangers Ball

They were too wild for the conservative '90s lol they came at the tail-end of the glam metal/hair metal era too... plus they weren't were "what was hip" when I was a kid, if you know what I mean in terms of the trends then.

Great great band.

Are you familiar with Farrell's other band "Porno For Pyros?" They were great too.

This is one of my fav tracks from them, and a great performance...... I asked my mum to tape this for me when it was originally broadcast as I was out. When I returned to the house with my then girlfriend, she knocked on my door and said "I taped that porno thing for you, the tape is downstairs.." She was so clueless my mum. lol

You are right, they were a great band. I was lucky enough to see them twice, first time being on the side stage at Lollapalooza in 1992. I remember leaving the main stage area to go get a drink and hearing that voice. It was great seeing him on such a small stage and I believe it was only their 4th gig ever. I also saw them at The Fillmore in 1996.
