The difference being Evita enjoyed fairly round acclaim. She was legitimately snubbed that time around. I've heard very little praise -- let alone talk of award-worthiness -- for W.E.

Mary was nominated for "The Living Proof" (off The Help). Chris Cornell and Glenn Close were the other nominees.

What fucked it up for Elton though was having Gaga on the damn track!!! What the hell?

There is a version without Gaga and it sounds WAY better, just Elton.... reminds me of Elton in the 80s... He messed up by adding Gaga vocals so on that note... Congrads Madonna LOL I rather her win it then him win it just because he added Gaga vocals : /

Yea I do think that Madonna song is a major improvement from the usual dance records if the new album sounds like that I might have to give it a listen
