Madonna - a weak singer, but her voice is pleasant in sound, at least since the late 80s, before that her voice was really a little sharp.
Christina - a strong singer, but her voice is very specific, and the manner of performance of songs in recent times just terrible. Imagine in her performance sounded really bloody awful.

So, vocal abilites and talent not all, that needed singer.

If you see a thread or 2 on the first page about someone, just don't make any more threads about said artist, even if you didn't start them yourself. How many people in this thread have been banned? Has anyone been told they aren't allowed to express their opinion? Are we still having a discussion? Because the answer to all three of those questions go a long way toward defining a good or bad moderator for me.

Moderators don't have to agree with us any more that we have to agree with them. Personally, I think its refreshing that there's at least one here who is willing to actually participate in the discussions instead of just dictating from on high.

In the future just skip over any threads you don't like

in the future click on one of those 300+ threads that get no posts cause you're to busy clicking on the ones you don't like

You might think it's cute, but Moderators who have to wade through tons of posts like this, don't. In general, don't post advertisements. Advertising may be allowed in certain circumstances; ask a moderator privately before posting. If a post is mostly just an ad for another website, it will likely be removed. In general, post if you have something to say. If you want to start a new thread, make it worthwhile. Don't be lazy and give a 1-sentence "what do you think about X?". At least explain your position, why, etc... make it interesting to read; you're more likely to get quality responses.

No, it they were diverse topics it not the same. If you created an thread on Janet pre control ie songs acting personal life photos that would be a topic specific thread, to make you lump Janet Rythmn Nation in would defeat the purpose and focus

If you created a Janet thread about the Control years and then someone else created a topic about the song Control then I would lock the song thread and ask the person to contribute to the Control years thread. That's creating multiple subject threads.

I see it done in the Prince Music thread all the time. Someone will post a subject about the Batman album and then someone else will start a different thread about something they read in that Batman thread instead of just asking it in the Batman thread or start a totally different thread about the Batman outtakes when it could have just stayed in the original thread. That's creative multiple posts

No I didn't create 3 threads all on one page. What's with this one page stuff. If someone responds to a thread that is on page 15 it will automatically show up on page 1

anytime someone posts to a topic it shows on the first page if now one posts again within a days time it could end up on page 9. This is all really elementary thinking.
