Usher's Ex-Wife Seeks Full Custody, Increased Child Support

Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond are battling over the physical custody of the couples two children.
The ex- Mrs Raymond has demanded that physical joint custody of the kids be taken from the singer stating that he has failed to keep his legal obligations stated in the couples custody settlement.
Legal documents filed in a Georgia courthouse state that Tameka Raymond is asking for full physical custody immediately due to the facts that Usher has failed to keep a number of the agreed upon conditions of the original custody decree including ...
-Allowing Tameka permission to take the children out of state
-Approval of nannies hired to tend to the children
-First opportunity to keep the children when Usher is traveling out of town for more than an eight-hour time period
-Not allowing the children to have their two-week vacation period in 2011 with their mother
- Failure to allow Tameka Raymond custody of the children over the 2010 Christmas break

The court documents also state that Usher canceled Tameka's 5th Avenue Saks charge card- after it was promised to be left open-causing Tameka to no longer be allowed to take advantage of the "special benefits" that the card offers.
Tameka Raymond also alleges that Usher was ordered to pay her $5000 a month so she could hire her own nanny for the children-- but claims that to date the singer is now $34,000 in arrears on child support payments.
The couple are scheduled to appear on the custody matter in court on Wednesday, November 30, 2011, where the former Mrs. Raymond will also be seeking more child support stating that the singer has had a "substantial change in income since their divorce--- and due to his success, she feels entitled to more child support.

Actually Tameka was his personal stylist for a long time before they fell in love. She is not a gold digger. Usher did love this women at one time and I admire how he stuck up for her during there brief marriage that almost ruined his career & relationship with his mother. Libras will risk everything for anyone they love crazy or not..  will ALWAYS think of  like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. |
