Badu swept into NYC last night like a true diva (in a good way). Backed by an all male, all star band of super producers playing electronic instruments, Badu evoked a modern day Ella. It's great watching her grow and experimenta as an artist.

Others may have more familiar playlists, but for my money, Badu kicks Janet, Alicia and Mary's asses live. That other Texas babe doesnt even come close

Glad u enjoyed the "Southern Gurl," but how can u compare Erykah to Janet, Alicia, and the others? They are on different levels and have different fan bases.
