It was actually released overseas with some radio airplay in 95' I think. It's so underrated and pretty, I remember casual fans loving it in the 90's.

There were enough singles to go around on that record..think that's why it wasnt released...she could have released Throb and What'll I Do too.

The Way Love Goes

Again

If

Because Of Love

You Want This

Anytime Anyplace

Anytime Anyplace remix

Whoops Now

All had videos...that was enough promotion as well as the Poetic Justice film and the janet. concert..she was very very busy during that time.

My mother did love that song though.

Throb and What'll I Do had music videos. Throb's SNL performance would air as a music video. What'll I Do had clips of the janet. tour and was released overseas.

Yeah I remember the Throb per4mance in '94 with that thing in her nose. Pretty racy for that time.

Never seen the Wat'll I Do clip though.

What was in her nose? I didn't see anything, I just remember a headset and those 4 braids. She wore the nose ring for Velvet Rope era if that's what you meant

It was a nose ring that was chained to the ear I believe..like in the Runaway video. I always thought it was nice on her.

could be wrong though...I havent watched it since 94

it got quite a bit of airplay in the US in '93. radio had moved on from "If" and Virgin hadn't quite quite ramped up for "Again" yet.

at least that's when the few times I heard it on the radio was.

On r&b radio stations in New Orleans & Baton Rouge, Where Are You Now was played within the first month after That's The Way Loves Goes was release as a single.
