That's true! lol Now it's Adele's and Rihanna's turns. lol

First Gaga , now Adele and it seems Rihanna is next lol.

At the rate she's going, I won't be surprised if Rihanna becomes the "queen" of 2012 lol

Oh Bey did get a second nod but it was for Best Music Video, Long Form, for her "I Am" tour. nod

I'm really shocked at Beyonce's low tally, I thought 4 is the type of album the grammys would adore.

My thoughts exactly. But I guess people truly wasn't feeling it at the committee. I mean I would think she'd get at least R&B nods so imagine my shock when she was only nominated for Best Rap/Sung collabo. It shouldn't surprise me that much because that's mainly the nods she get. That and Best R&B Song and, before they made it gender-neutral, Best Female R&B. But the Grammy changes have definitely made it real difficult for her that the only nod she got was on a rap/sung collaboration. If such a nod had been deleted from the Grammys, she would've been snubbed totally.

But I guess this time around the attention is more on Beyonce's personal life and the fact that she didn't have Mathew by her side definitely changes things.

I was just thinking about this .. Daddy was really pulling the strings with the awards and nominations huh confused lol

Damn Kanye got snubbed for Album of the Year for the first time in his career, I think. Unless 808s and Heartbreaks also didn't get one...

As for Adele:

No reason to watch, shes walking away with everything.

At the time of the release of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Kanye knew that the Grammys and the other award shows were gonna snub him for big trophies...

He even announced that he wasn't gonna be present at any award shows. I haven't seen him at any award shows nor announced his nominations and wins post-Graduation and Taylor Swift incident, so it's not that serious. Kanye is still the artist with the most nominations this year, beating out Adele. I predict he's gonna get 3 or 4 prizes...

Yeah Kanye ain't even sweating the Grammys like that anymore. His fans need to calm down. If their man don't give a fuck, why should they? They should be happy.

On top of that, he had the most highly-praised and acclaimed release last year with MBDTF. Why would a Grammy need to prove anything? It's just an award.

Also it IS up for an album nod, Best Rap Album. Plus he wasn't gonna win the main one anyway lol

Yeah it was gonna be a tough call for him to win Album of the Year, but who knows? He's gonna dominate the rap categories. Hands down! If he doesn't get it for Best Rap Album (MBDTF), then we have a major problem.

Its a sweet lil disc. I had it for a while before I gave it a real listen but once I did I was like very well done. I look forward to the next one.

Come on Mumford and Sons!!!!!!!

Loud had some strong singles - Man Down - Is a tune. But is it a real contender? I've seen weirder things happen.

She got 1 award for her B'day album while Matthew was still managing her so I think that whole theory has been debunked. They seem to award her really shitty albums. 4 was pretty decent.

The only thing im really bothered by is that MBDTF was snubbed from album of the year and Loud got one....I mean.... neutral
