Ciara sprains both ankles after attempting a dance move in 4 inch heels? That's what most reports are saying. I did see 1 article (I forget where) that speculated she had surgery on both feet for corrective surgery because of negative comments she read online about how her feet look, but I would hope she's not that pathetic
According to the other articles, Ciara attempted some risky dance move in 4 inch heels, landed awkwardly, and sprained both ankles so she showed up to a Thanksgiving event in a wheelchair:

R&B star Ciara has sprained both of her ankles while practising a new dance move in high heels, according to reports.
The hitmaker raised concerns for her wellbeing after she turned up to the Roll Over Hunger charity event in Atlanta, Georgia, on Wednesday in a wheelchair wearing orthopaedic boots on both feet. Ciara, who is known for her energetic dance routines, failed to provide a reason for the medical shoes, but according to MediaTakeOut.com, the singer fell awkwardly after jumping in the air in four-inch heels. But Ciara refused to let the injuries dampen her holiday spirit - she took to Twitter on Thursday to wish her fans a happy Thanksgiving. She wrote, "Its (sic) all about doing whatever you can to make a difference! Tonight was a GREAT night! LOVE. Happy Turkey Day to ALL!"
