Don't know what's happening with those Stephanie Mills titles ("Tantalizingly Hot" and "Merciless") that they were supposed to release by the end of this year.sad

Thank you, Thank you Kit Bradley.

I have been looking CDs or MP3s, prior to 1987, from these 3 performers for the past

4 years.

I am thinking positive and hoping MP3 options for individual tunes

shall be made available. This is what was mercifully done for

the 2011 issue of Jermaine Stewart's Frantic Romantic

but not for the 2010 editions of the 1985 and 1984 LPs from

Fatback and the 2011 CD edition (at least we have the CD!)

of Dennis Edwards "Don't Look Any Further"

which included a ballad that deserve as much slow jam/quiet storm

status as much as most Luther, Teddy, R. Kelly, the Whispers, the Isleys, etc.

The Edwards ballad "Aphrodisiac".

Same with Nona's catalog. They've been ignoring her for years. I didn't have much hope because a few years ago, I questioned someone in the industry about her catalog being issued and, at that time, he told me no one was even showing the slightest interest. So, with these upcoming reissues for FTG, her entire catalog will finally be available on CD. woot!

So glad they are reissuing Nona's stuff. I actually asked her this question when I interviewed her several years ago and she was hoping that her stuff would get the reissue treatment. Glad to know it's come to light.
