I guess I can agree with this. I think the music Lewis made which was pure rock n roll went well with his voice. So it complimented the type of music he made. And he was a fantastic performer.

Thats all I thought as well besides being a white face for black talent. I got more electricity and soul from Lewis than Elvis performance wise and music wise... Elvis was just attractive.

I like 'em both. Give Elvis points for being more versatile. He could sing just about anything. With Elvis you always have to wonder what he could have done without Col. Parker having such a tight rein on his material.
