Spot on theAudience! Miles was gonna do what he wanted to do musically, but in actuality, I think he made more of a mark on On The Corner than Bitches Brew. He basically flipped everything on its head with that album, whereas Bitches Brew kind've played with the notion of Miles needing to nod around with new sounds he explored on previous works after the quintet years. I hate when On The Corner gets bashed because I don't like it to be considered jazz-funk or fusion or experimental music. Check me out and add me on:
