According to a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- the 3 bros were promised $100,000 each for their signatures on replicas of the iconic, red, leather jackets that MJ wore in his "Thriller" and "Beat It" videos.

The brothers claim Steeve Bohbot and the other defendants were supposed to pay as soon as the ink was dry, but they allegedly changed the deal and said they would pay when the jackets were delivered to Amazon.com for sale.

According to the suit, Bohbot claimed there was a problem with delivery to Amazon, but the brothers say it was just a lie.

Bohbot's lawyer had no comment

his children don't even have to work a day in their life if they choose, they inherit MJ's 50% Sony/Atv Catalog, profits from his music sales and other mj estate projects,half of the profits from the Cirque MJ shows which make 2.4 million a night and the estate now owns 19% of the EMI Publishing, its been reported MJ's estate is the biggest of any celeb ever so they going be taken care of financially. the jacksons should have put hard work into their own solo careers or if that didn't work produced for other artist or invested their money into other ventures besided music such as real esate or starting their own record companies I mean come on in the 80's The Jackson name was on fire and they could have easily been successful doing things on their own, they we're evening offering latoya different movies roles or she could have been a model, janet has a rough start in the begginng but she hit the jackpot when she got with Jam&Lewis and became a megastar in her own right, the 80's was freaking Jackson Mania and the rest of them just sat on their assess, i know the brothers had solo albums but you could have put more effort in receiving their independent successs but no they waited over 20 yrs for MJ to do a freaking reunion tou which will never see the light of the day now, i think they just don't see value in themselves always have to throw their brother into their mess to get the big money

not all child abuse is sexual. they know for a fact mj was no longer interested in being involved with "the jacksons" professionally when he was alive, and they're not named in his will get a dime, so for them to manipulate this child into using his father's image to attempt to line their pockets is evil. i'm glad they got taken b/c they shouldn't have been doing this in first place. as they say, god don't love ugly.
