I wouldn't call her neo soul

1. She's not neo-soul.

2. If she hadn't made an album in 20 years, before the neo-soul movement began, there's no way she could be neo-soul.

3. Her first album was released 18 years ago.

Whoever prepared this promo, was, to put it charitably, underinformed. But I appreciate your getting the word out!

Does Camden have a soul club there-D'Angelo taped that live cd there a few years back.

I don't read it that way; in any event, it's good to see her getting any kind of exposure.

I'm going to see her at the Jazz Cafe this week. I always prefer her live that on albums.
