My rating is really based on multiple things like impact, legacy, actual skills, flow, etc. The top 5 had that in bucks. LL did too but he was real spotty with his albums more so than the others. Jay-Z is lower because he's a biter lol Will Smith because I don't rate his work well. He was just too simple and Gettin' Jiggy With It pretty much was a wrap for me with him lol Kanye's low because he's got a long way to go...but I don't know.

Are you just referring to their rapping skills? Pac, Will, Cool J and maybe a couple of the others listed actually had/have acting careers also. Kanye is a big time producer too. Are we considering everything they are involved in?

Since it is not specified... I think its just referring to "talent" which can be in any area.. acting, rapping, producing, etc..

What type of talent are we talking about? Just on the hip-hop side? Or acting and everything else included?
