Sell out? It already did that Tony. bored2 lol

Getting brought out by Google does not count. no no no! Google is small compare to Microsoft and even Apple.

Now getting shafted by the RIAA (like what happen to Napster), MPAA, Viacom, Clear Channel Communications, News Corp (like what happen to MySpace), or other media corporations, that would be selling out.

Riiiight if Google wasn't such a problem, why we can't look at (amateur) nudity on YouTube anymore? HUH? lol I almost deactivated my account when that happened! mad lol

The bitch of it all is that I read an article on the internet stating that they were going to reverse their policies and NOT charge customers separate fees for getting DVDs and streaming. But when I looked at my latest bill, they charged me nearly $18.00. I was steamed. Customer service explained to me that they decided not to split into two separate companies but they still decided to raise fees even though so many customers bailed. They reversed the extra charges but I had to settle for streaming only at $8.00 per month. I will probably eventually choose to end that, too. lol

That's how they get you in the first place. They all like "we promise not to charge you separate fees" then turn around and do exactly what they promise NOT to do. Thing with YouTube is "will people actually pay to see Shaq's channel or Madonna's?" That should be the question. Not "will this make user-created videos unpopular?" Believe me, the "user-created videos" will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER lose their popularity no matter what Google tries to do. lol tv

Madonna? Maybe, but only because she has always been YouTube-friendly. Madonna wasn't suing OR threatening to sue anyone/anything that was using her music or posting her music video.

Exactly, it hasn't hurt her at all. Just wish Prince would realize that. He's getting new fans all the time now since his videos are all over Youtube these days. lol

WWE Fan Nation channel has been on YouTube for a while now. The only problem is that they will NOT show an entire episode of Raw at all. But they will give you Smackdown, NXT, & Superstars (commercial free).

But stay on the topic of music, Prince really f***ed up business-wise. THIS man should have a YouTube Channel of all of his career music videos. Even Warner Bros, EMI, & Universial would back him up if he takes the idea seriously for a change.

You know that scenario with Prince ain't NEVER gonna happen! lol

And you know why? IMO, it's because Prince is ashamed of his past. Trying to convince this Jehovah Witness the historical value of the Uptown, Dirty Mind, Sexuality, Automatic, & Gett Off videos is so impossible. lol

BTW still wanna see what Hammer's search engine will look like. He should wear the parachute pants again in his promo for it. Maybe he'll post reruns of his cartoon, too! It might take his magical shoes to get it off the ground. lol

^ Right. And be very extra careful especially if you upload a full episode of "The Misfits" or "Skins".

Forget that. I would rather download some classic episodes of Doctor Who! I have nothing but total respect for David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor. But to myself, Tom Baker is still THE man and he is Legend as the Fourth Doctor.

In the early 2000's, I used eMule to download a few classic Doctor Who episodes. Even with high-speed internet from Cox Communications in the New Orleans area, download an entire 90 minute to a 2 hours episode was time consuming, never mind the possibility of increasing an electric bill from leaving the computer on the whole time.

In the 2010's, it's too risky trying to do that all over again in Arkansas without caution, especially if Comcast and/or viewers can get sue over music, movie and what have you. disbelief lol

Would you risk having underage children watching amateur nudity on YouTube, at the risk of potential lawsuits from the parent?

BTW, you can still find nudity on YouTube regardless. You have to know the right passwords to successfully find these videos before the user get his account suspended.

Predictable

but still sad...

but now that I think about it, I only use youtube for 4 things

1.to watch the highlights/famous quotes of certain movies, or parodies...

2.to get the audio of rare songs (using "listentoyoutube")

3.to watch some documentaries about fauna, flora and geography

4.videoclips

that's all. That said, I'll miss the bizarre shit, U know, the random & funny as hell shit that you can only find at youtube...

lol lol

fuck the ads, if they only want to fuck professional pussies, then let them... rolleyes

I don't give a shit about this, even if it's free. Hell, I use youtube because it offers INTERNATIONAL videos (which are both old and new) immediately, at once; it's a like a huge, interactive dictionary of international videos of any era, offering anything: erotic videos, clips of hollywood movies, interviews, rare songs, videoclips, comedy, documentaries, concerts, footage of the 20th Century, etc. THAT is (was?) the ORIGINAL idea of youtube...

I don't give a shit about this "professional online TV" wtf
