The follow up to the masterpiece that was the Chronic. What did y'all think of this one in comparison to the original?

I like it .. I purchase the up and smoke tour on dvd not too long ago that concert was hot. I can't listen to both albums all the time though.

VERY mixed, Dre really had a great flow on some tracks. On others he seemed like he was trying WAY TO HARD to be a hard ass gangsta rapper. He maybe one of the inventors but i still don't think he is hard as shit



The Message is fantastic

Bang Bang is a great funky headbanger[pun? ]

Murder Inc was kind of cool with the halloween theme in it

Still Dre was a great single

Forgot About Dre is a great single to, although he talks shit for no reason. Dre produced like half the big hip hop people at the time who forgot about his ass?



The Next Episode was funky



but some songs like Let's get high, bitch niggas, light speed etc. Where beyond stupid.



It was a very mixed effort from Dre.

I hope his next album is better, WHENEVER he decides to release it. This thing is becoming the hip hop Chinese Democracy

It was decent. There is one track with a transformer sample or vibe, which was pretty cool. Of course, The first Chronic album was far superior.

Hopefully we get some jams on Detox. I personally loved the beat to Let's Get High.

Dre better off getting all the hot artists out and just have them flood his album he not making no bangers on his own this time it feels...
