I would say Clyde McPhatter since his first professional records were at the age of 17 ("Do Something for Me") but I don't think he qualifies... same with Little Willie John but maybe they do I don't know, what you guys think?

I did hear Little Richard was a prodigy on the piano but unfortunately there's no footage of him doing anything pre-18 years old.
Also, y'all also fail to mention this great child singer:
SEVEN YEARS OLD!!!! | |

Since Patti Austin performed at The Apollo Theater at the age of 4 (and lived to tell about it)... "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

And even though there's no footage of him, but little Ronald Isley was not so shabby himself as a kid. LIKE Patti, he also sung in front of Dinah Washington. I don't know if he sang with her but apparently Dinah was impressed. He was so impressive as a kid that once when he sang at a church talent showcase, he won a $25 war bond! And of course he was still a kid when the Isleys began recording (15, 16-ish).

Not one mention of the most gifted child singer ever?
"Never let nasty stalkers disrespect you. They start shit, you finish it. Go down to their level, that's the only way they'll understand. You have to handle things yourself."
