Big Brovaz - Outkast rip-off or new UK-talent?

UK-act Big Brovaz is combining rap-hip hop with UK-R&B, a few rapping guys and a few (good) singing girls are scoring a big hit in Europe...
Only, their debut "Nu Flow" sounds to your ear like a total Outkast rip-off! And then you watch MTV and see the video...guess what, a total Outkast rip-off as well!

What do you think?

the only reason those guys had the sheer audacity 2 completely half-inch the entire outkast sound, look and act is because they r completely shit and will never b heard of outside the UK. There4 they are likely 2 go unnoticed (and un-sued!) by outkast's people.
just in case i have left anything out they r completely shit, like 95% of the UK r n'b hip hop 'scene'.

Essence

Just an average UK "urban" act who luckily got through into the charts, not unlike Misteeq also of the UK.

Shouldn't be mentioned in same breath as Outkast quality-wise, but the UK media love their labels with So Solid Crew being the UK's Wu-Tang Clan etc when they aren't in same league either.
