Creating this thread has made me harken back to that classic video. This was when videos were VIDEOS. They were creative events. This Julien Temple-directed clip featured cameos by Cab Calloway, Cyd Charisse, The Nicholas Brothers, Heavy D, and even Tevin Campbell made a brief appearance as an extra.
Xone front page hasnt been updated since may, what gives
Nick Ashford was someone I greatly admired, had the honor of knowing, and was the real-life inspiration for Cowboy Curtis' hair. RIP Nick. - Pee Wee Herman
This performance is so good, I almost went "eat your heart out michael!" haha No but honestly, she moves so smoothly like him in it, and I love the little tribute to him she added.
^^I agree. It shows that, when she's dancing at her peak form, no female pop music performer can touch her.
Janet is definitly the greatest technical female dancer that is an entertainer... no question.
No she is not, and she is lip syncing on this shit many people are up on Janet and her pre recorder live vocal trick she does and her dancing isn't that smooth lets be honest Janet was Jam and Lewis showcase light vocals and with a good coregrapher she can showcase some of those dance moves thought to her.
