Great song. One thing i noticed about One is the beginning sounds a little like the M.A.S.H TV show theme song. Maybe its just a concidence though. Also i remember hanging out in downtown San Francisco in the early 1980's, you would see Cliff Burton quite a bit. He would always have on his levi's Jean jacket outfit, he sported them Bell Bottoms to the fullest.

Yeah Headbangers Ball was the S*** back in the day. For years i tried to find out what was the theme song(the snippet playing in the begining when the trains crash and explode). I finally found out it was S.O.D. S.O.D was Scott Ian's(anthrax)side band with Billy milano(M.O.D).
