Originally slated for release Nov. 15, Interscope Records reschedules the Pussycat Dolls singer's first solo effort.

Nicole Scherzinger’s first U.S. solo effort, Killer Love, has been delayed to Dec. 6. The singer’s label Interscope Records will only confirm an “early December” release for the album, which hit stores in the U.K. in March, peaking at No. 8 on the country’s album chart.

Its original release date was announced to be Nov. 15, the same day fellow Universal Music Group artists Drakeand Florence + the Machine are due to drop new albums.

The U.S. version of Killer Love features an alternate track-listing and production by RedOne, Jim Jonsin, The-Dream, Harvey Mason, Jr. (with R. Kelly) and Tricky Stewart. Featured guests reportedly include 50 Cent (“Right There”), Snoop Dogg (“Peep Show”) and Sting(“Power’s Out”).

In May, Scherzinger explained the change of plans, stating: “At the time I was doing my U.K. album, I was really into more dance-inspired music, which is amazing and so much fun for Europe. For the U.S., I wanted to go back to my roots where I started, a little bit more urban sounding ’cause that’s still a very big part of me as well.”

Gotta admit the shit just isnt doing it for anyone. That single she released was not it for her. She got all these people producing her album and these guests that add nothing to her credentials (maybe except for Snoop since he was featured on Buttons).

She can't sing her way out of a greasy paper bag, for me.....and as for her looks, she looks like a "Morticia" from the, Adams Family", Pez dispenser....

She should've just been a model.

Her projects for stateside consumption have been aborted or delayed as many times as your average Prince protégée. She has a fan base overseas that should be her long-term focus, that is, until something close to a hit comes along in North America.

delayed again?? I'm beginning to think that Nicole's solo career will never get off the ground.Everytime she plans a new single and album,the song flops and the album gets pushed back.She should be tired of playing this game.

I think Nicole can sing.They just can't seem to find the right song for her....the song that would establish her as a solo superstar."Dontcha" by the Pussycat Dolls is better than anything I heard from her on her own.

She refuses to record Pussycat Doll material...... her solo music is just subpar and with all the other pop chicks putting out better music then she will NEVER amount to shit. She's a waste of space on X Factor as well.

She's gorgeous, can dance and has a great voice, yet she has yet to record anything close to good material and compared to the other girls out there doing their thing she's just not interesting.
