our favorite BSLADE has released a new album called SONGS O'LAMENT plus a new doublesingle LIVE 2 LOVE U/CHEMYSTERY.

The album is sold as a movie-soundtrack? Has anyone in here (Fuzion?) more details on that project, please ...? - It's available on itunes and very different compared to DIESEL, but I like it ....

Love it, Love it, Love it how he walks the streets wearing this gray costume and handbag, sitting down to watch this Janet book. Damn, I wished I could be cool like that, on the other hand I would take the risk to get bashed immediately when entering certain parts of this city ...

DIESEL and even more SONGS O'LAMENT is not your avarage kind of radio-friendly R&B. It's very experimental and personal which makes these releases so honestly and special. DIESEL is without a doubt one of the best albums I heard in a long, long time and SONGS O'LAMENT, okay, in the beginning I thought this is too much Gospel for my ears, but then I realized that it's growing with each listen, like the songs SOMETIMES and CRY NO MORE which I cant get out of my mind, the lyrics are very touching, tho. ... In the end I dont have a problem with God, I got a problem with mankind religion.

And this song START and the video ... Well, I dont know why but somehow it reminds me of how I once was beaten up on the streets just 'cause I said to another guy, hey - I think you're cute. I had to stay in hospital for some 6 weeks and after that it took me about 2 more years until I acctually could look into the eyes of a stranger again without fear ... And this religious backround of my family, you dont even talk about being gay, because it's a terrible sin, you know. This can ruin your life. Respect to this I believe BSlade, me and many other gays and subgender minorities worldwide can very much relate to these wonderful songs on here.

Diesel is absolutely amazing. Haven't heard a modern release this good since...well since Amalia's album .

Because he is gay and he speaks, respectively sings openly about it. That's a disaster for any music artist especially in the R&B genres ...

Beyond his talent, he's insanely prolific. The releases keep coming at a pretty break-neck pace. I guess that's a good thing, but doesn't give you much time to absorb what came before it.

Yes, he's the very opposite to Prince who's sitting on his music like protecting the grown jewels of some Queen Victoria ... Besides, since he's not got the full breast of a Beyonce or the little cuteness of a Bieber-Boy, it's tuff to get recognized ....

I discovered him with Out The Box. I knew he was different as soon as I saw him.

We need more like him. He was part in my influence to keep making music before the org's musician thread came along.
