EWF Original Classics Question I just got this set for a friend, and now I'm looking on the back of the one with "That's the way of the world" and the reissue doesn't have the bonus tracks and neither does the "All N All". But "Spirit" and "I am" do on the SAME box. Riddle me that,Batman! Did they just run to the bottom of the Columbia basement "Quick, we need to get this done, we have to continue work on Fugees box! "
BTW, I bet hardly none of the bargain bin EWF shoppers even realised that because this is their first time buying the remasters. Columbia, get it together. I feel bad for cats because the All N All and That's the way of the world demos are cool. Especially "Caribou Chaser" & "All About Love" "Love's Holiday" demos. That vocals, acoustic guitar, keys and strings mix & Runnin mix. Columbia get it together,

Some people don't care about demos or extra tracks and prefer the albums like they originally were. That's why extra songs are never added to Beatles albums. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

That's why I always keep the original album (on cd and lp as well - in this case, the vinyl albums are the only originals imo) after buying a remaster.
But you're right, Trickology: "Columbia, get it together". There so much remaining on the shelves to be released and for some dark reason it never gets to be released. Or maybe after a certain artist has exchanged the temporary for the eternal. That's when they all stumble over each other to issue the unreleased stuff...most of the times around Christmas time......hmmm 'Liberate My Mind'
