Yo Know What?? I Kinda Like 50 Cents,,,

LOL I know that some ppl here will hammer me 4 saying that(I could care less tho wink).

At 1st, I didn't like the brutha but when I had the chance 2 listen to what he says. It turned out to be good, my young nephew downlouded some songs from his LP. He's very positive lyricsist, he's positive without being trendy and he always tells the youngsters to get away 4 the stereotypical thuggish things. He also tells 'em 2 never give up dreaming. I read an article about him which moved me, he lost both of his parents in a very early age and he grew up with grandmother. He was shot 9 times(including the face) back in 2000.

Neva mind the fact that he's a commercial artist but I'd choose my brutha over Nelly, Ja Rule, Nas and the rest of them fools. Plus,,the way he rhymes is different and original.

Damn, Nas gets listed with these fools now? Have you heard Illmatic? Arguably one of the top five hip-hop albums of all time.

Illmatic is overrated IMO. I still like it but I don't feel it ever lived up to all the hype it got.

I dig that Album as well Essence but Nas is all over the Place Man.He should Arguably Be the Rakim of His Era instead of doing a Pop Pass Snoop Dogg Getting by kind of thing IMHO.

He's overrated. He IS NOT doing anything any of the other rappers are doing, when it comes to sound and rapping.

But, not to say I dislike the songs either, and won't hear them because I would, but just like any other rap song or 'artist'...
