I'm not a fan but I know there are some people that are desperate for Bob Seger's early albums to be reissued.

I think all Van Morrison albums should be properly reissued.

Some of them have been remastered and reissued, but others (Saint dominic's preview, a great album) have never been reissued again.

I know some reissues were released a few weeks ago by him, but I'm not sure if it was just online or if it was actually released on cd. iTunes had an exclusive ep that was free that had 5 tracks. If I'm not mistaken, they were his live albums.

The song Supership by George Benson. It was a non-album single, but it's never been on one of George's compilations.

The entire Roger/Zapp catalog! wink

Both of their catalogs are easily available, but I would love to see the Zapp projects remastered and reissued. I would also like to hear some of the outtakes and demos from them. I'll bet those are really interesting to hear.

.....but NOT Zapp III. disbelief This is the one album from the Roger/Zapp catalog that has never been release in any format besides vinyl & cassette.

I still have the original cassette wink . The Japanese CD doesn´t really contain bonus tracks though...your link says that the extended Haunted House is basically the album version, right?

Yes, it is on cd. It's available as a German or Japanese import. I bought the German import for about $15.

I think Universal re-released all the J5 albums in Japan recently

Yes they did. And unfortunately, they sound like crap. Look out for the now out-of-print 2001 2-for-1 versions. I have the first four albums on that format and I'm glad I kept them.

Bill Summers & Summer Heat's "Jam The Box" was reissued in 2009 by Japan, so i'm not sure how soon this album might get a re-run.

"Call It What You Want" came out on cd in Japan as well, but unfortunately & indeed out of print although it's available online sometimes:

BILL SUMMERS Jam The Box ...ARE | eBay

BILL SUMMERS / Call What ...¯ã‚·ãƒ§ãƒ³

Human Body's cd-reissue was out in 2008. Some copies can still be found:

Amazon.com: Cosmic Round Up: Human Body

Michael Henderson's cd-issue came out last year & lots of cheap copies are available as well:

Amazon.com: Wide Receiver... Henderson

Also plenty of payable copies available of Rafael Cameron's album, which was reissued on cd twice:

Amazon.com: Cameron: Came...mastering)

Amazon.com: Rafael Camero...on: (2006)

Jesse's debut album is indeed expired for some time know, though pricier copies still appear online:

Amazon.com: Jesse Johnson...son: Music

jesse johnson's revue cd | eBay

Thanks Shango !

Its been about 3 years since i checked for most of that stuff so i guess i should have done my homework first. It seems like as soon as i start to give up hope of ever being able to find the stuff, they start reissuing it. The Michael Henderson, Cameron, and Cosmic Round Up prices are good so ill be getting them soon. As far a Jesse J. As much as i love that album ain't no way in heck im going to pay them prices for a CD. I remember seeing it years ago for around the same price but i was hoping it would have went down by now. Until the people that reissue CD's decide to take the 23 dollars i got in my pocket, for a copy of JJR, ill keep on searching the Pirate way !

Rest in Peace Bettie Boo. See u soon.

You're welcome and happy hunting! Possibly some reissue-labels such as Boogie-Times, Funky Town Grooves, Vinyl-Masterpiece or Wounded Bird might consider one day to re-print Jesse's debut. Or maybe a Japanese company.
