Great pics! but what about some love for there 80's material?

They have gotten better over the years, but there 80's material are fun, funky times.

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

All music is shit music and no music is real- gunsnhalen

I do love Mother's Milk and am fond of a few tracks from Freaky Styley, but I think Blood Sugar Sex Magik was the first truly great RHCP album.

4. Sir Psychosexy (The lyrics are funny as hell)

5. Suck my kiss (Just a great fast paced funky rap rocker - cool video too)

6. Aeroplane

7. Taste the Pain

8. Subway to Venus

9. Stone cold bush (We suck that cock and smoke that rock)

10. Breaking the Girl

11. Johnny kick a hole in the sky

12. If u want me to stay

13. Party on your pussy (Special Secret song inside that was on Uplift Mofo Party Plan)

14. Catholic School girls rule

15. By the Way

16. Around the World

17. Show me your soul

18. Brothers Cup

19. Fight Like a Brave

20. Higher Ground

Albums

1. Mothers Milk

2. Bloodsugarsexmagik

3. By the Way

4. Uplift Mofo Party Plan

5. Californication

6. Freakey Styley

7. What Hits (1992 complimation that introduced new fans from Under the Bridge period to their 80s catalogue - it helped me buy their back catalogue)

8. Greatest Hits (The one with lips on the front)

Essential DVD/ Videos

1. Funky Monks

2. What hits live

But Stadium Arcadium was shite, and the single Snow was the most ridiculous yet, it sounds like all of their earlier and lesser stuff, Dani California was a bad version of Road Trippin and Venice Queen. Have't heard the new album yet, but at my age feel I have out grown the RHCP a bit. I think too at their age, their testosterone laced penis funk makes them look immature.

They had some good stuff before and after but they never did better than this album.

My favorite albums are Freaky Styley and Mother's Milk. Though "Californication" as a song is one of my favs by them, along with their cover of "Love Rollercoaster"!

Whenever you say that you can't, that's when you need to be trying.
