Are you saying that within 5 minutes the effects wore off and then MJ was sleeping? Somehow, I was thinking it wore off and then MJ would be awake, but I guess not necessarily so. But then, the defense are saying that he more than likely woke up. Which is more likely? Waking up or staying asleep? How can the defense convince the jury that MJ woke up?

MJ still had an IV line attached to him when the EMT came. If we were to consider the above situation as a possibility then that would mean murray left the IV in despite MJ falling asleep and then ventured outside the room for some time which is again extremely callous on his part. However, even in this circumstance it's highly unlikely that MJ was able to prepare his own propofol infusion/injection and gave it to himself.

You don't leave an IV line in unnecessarily. The Line was in because he was getting propofol as an infusion. He underestimated the effect of lorazepam or gave an overdose of propofol. That's what it comes down to.

Yesterday (Sunday) Katherine, Tito, Marlon, Jackie, Prince, Paris, Blanket, Jafar and Jermajesty attended the primier of the Michael Jackson Immortal Cirque de Solei show. I read thru the names and then looked to try to figure out who was who among the kids. Then I noticed that MJ's kids were the one who do not look bi-racial...African American + ____________

Sorry. But they don't look white... but they sure don't look like they have any African American either. Skin color is "wrong". No yellow or brown. They look more like olive skin tone or sallow. But not brown or yellow like the other kids. And their hair is STRAIGHT... not curly or wavy... pretty straight.

yeah, i thought everybody already knew this. aside from like, obsessed fans who refuse to believe their own eyes. i think it's indisputable debbie was their mother but it's definitely clear mj wasn't their father. by blood i mean. i actually do wonder though, how they are gonna keep those kids from figuring it out. i mean, they're presumably not dumb, by this point you'd think things would get awkward, when everyone can see it. but i don't know, maybe they're still too young?

What you think is always disputable especially since you cannot prove it in any way so stop insulting others.

RE: Arnold Klein. The defense wanted to have him testify, but the judge didnt allow it. In one of the rulings a few weeks before the trial started the judge ruled that they couldnt have Klein and other people testify because he felt it was irrelevant to this case/what happened on 6/25/2009. So that was a big blow to the defense. However, in his opening statement I think Chernoff said something about bringing up Arnold's medical records on MJ? That's suppose to happen when they present their side.

And it saddens me that MJ does not have biological (blood) children. And surprising, too (autopsy showed that he could have children).

It will be interesting to hear the testimony of Dr. Klein. I think he played very very negative role in the life of Jackson.

Dummy probably killed him without knowing it. You can appear asleep when you're dead. It surely wouldn't be the first case where this has happened.

I remembered before I had a biopsy done to remove a benign tumor in my left breast, the surgeon doctor told me not to eat anything at night because they had to put me under anesthesia. If MJ was up, during the night, did he eat anything? I am trying to figure this out.

All of his girlfriends looked like they were shopping for "reality tv" shows.
