MJ could go to 100 different doctors. It doesn't matter how the defense slice it, the burden of responsibility lies on the doctor. A doctor has to know when to say no, and both doctors brought it out. To my understanding, Murray did not keep any medical records, no documents of verbal and written agreement between doctor and patient, and risks of propofol, and he was aware of MJ's visits to Klein. | |
