This is just funny. The defense's case already falling apart on day one. They might as well just rest! lol

That fucking lawyer is so clueless and annoying and grasping at straws

if i was the prosecution i wouldn't even recross this witness he's basically said in so many ways and times that i'm using your own clients words against him, he fucked up

Yeah. He's just sticking and poking and rattling at the testimony without any concept whatsoever, hoping that by any freakluck somebody trips over their words and gives him something he can work with.

^^Yeah! And now what? Does Flanigan want the doctor to testify that his client has lied when talking to the police?? Jeezus! Please, you don't need a prosecution with a defense attorney like that!

This would be comical, if it wouldn't be so serious!

The cardiologist is destroying Murray. But at the same time, as he describes the strange behaviour of Murray, I'm thinking, no one can be that incompetant. I'm starting to agree with Toya an Jermaine and thinking a conspiracy is afoot.

you know, i'm not given to conspiracy theories, but i have to say you're so right. murray isn't a general practitioner, he's a surgeon. he has been around propofol, just like this guy, just like the er docs. it is defying logic to believe he is this massively incompetent, as he would have killed someone a loooonnnnggg time ago.

granted, propofol isn't for home use, but if he had had some of the other drugs or equipment that was necessary, would it really matter if it was administered in mj's room? if he had had an alarm monitor, for example, he could have been alerted the moment mj started to be affected by the drug. so what was the reason for NOT getting it? witnesses say mj wasn't even hooked up to it. did he just get it for show, to convince mj that he knew what he was doing when in fact he had no intention to use it? also, a respirator bag was found at the scene; why didn't he use that, if as he said, he didn't know cpr? again, was that also just for show?

why do you need to leave the room to make phone calls since you can't disturb an unconscious person? the prosecutors are saying that murray was OUT of the room when he was making those calls. how do they know, esp. since sade anding undermines their own theory? she distinctly heard mj coughing in the background which argues that murray was IN the room, and he had to see mj dying right in front of him.

i don't know. something just isn't right. i've always believed that murray didn't call 911 right away b/c he didn't want mj to survive. the excuse he gave in his police interview for not doing it is laughable. at first i thought it was just b/c he didn't want anyone to find out about the propofol. but i continually wonder if that was only part of it.

flanigan is stalling until lunch break cause he can't shake this dr 4 nothing!

this dr should just be saying every answer "beat it ..just beat it but ur client fucked up no matter what u say"

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

oh so no pictures of him sleeping with a doll. Just one present in his bedroom. It was a big room and lots of items that aren't necessarily bedroom accessories. I guess a doll is not something you would find in the average single man's bedroom. But then MJ was not average.

no, there's no picture of him sleeping with a doll.

This was likely tabloid fodder. I know Michael had dolls around him when he was living in Neverland but I doubt he slept with one. Hell it might've been Paris'.

You are right. It could've been the little girl's toy.

SCORE! For Dr. Mc Dreamy Steinberg. I do believe MJ would label him as totally "unbreakable."

I, for one, was thrilled that he would not back down!!! I clapped each time he emphasized that Dr. Murray "should not have even been doing this!" Glad I tuned in today. The defense was really just ridiculous.

I saw almost the tail end of the trial for the first time. I am seeing this cardiologist, and he said propofol should have never been administered to MJ or any patient with insomnia in the first place, and if I am interpreting this right, he goes as far as saying that propofol is not FDA approved. Yes, I saw him indicate six ways he had killed MJ, any patient for that matter.

4 years max, with overcrowding in the system he may get a year or just probation.

The prosecution did well today to turn Murray's own words against him. Finally the drip was mentioned today. Though the way the prosecution stated how it was used doesnt make any sense to me. The bottle was just in the saline solution, but not opened right?

The charge is only involuntary manslaughter, which is low on the list of charges available for a possible murder. Thats why I think the defense has alot of stuff on their side if thats all the prosecution could file for.

The defense act like they have no case lol I think the prosecution just agreed to four years because that would have to make dude go to prison regardless. I'm kinda surprised after all of that, we get to the case and the defense is running around like headless chickens.

That will never happen.

To be quite honest, it'll be worse for him if they don't put him in jail.

All the defense has to do is prove reasonable doubt. The case isnt air tight and we will just have to wait and see where the defense tries to pokes holes in to it.

I'm waiting for them to drop a bombshell. They haven't seem to be able to in the third week and there's three more weeks left. Plus they JUST drop the claim that Michael killed himself. So what will they say now?

Acquitted or convicted, everyone will know he killed Michael Jackson. He can't shake that off.
