I had to remove the Sea Change album from my software MP3 player after just a few minutes (I did give it a chance) into every song.

I have to agree, I think his acoustic stuff is boring as hell and it doesn't do a thing for me. I'd like him to get back to funky or rocking or something else entirely.

I too must remove 'Sea Change' from my drive - I'm just never going to like it.

I rather go hear Alan Parsons, the real mellow wonderfully beautiful music that Beck apparently will never be able to touch.

I like Beck but Sea Change is good for a nap.

Sea Change was an LP I hated it first. I now consider it a monumental achievement. Beck has cemented his rep with me. He and Meshell are doin' it -- filling the void left by our fearless hero.

Not tryin' to diss anyone here so don't take it that way but... WHAT THA HELL DOES ANYONE HEAR IN BECK'S MUSIC? This cat just doesn't do shit for me.
