I was looking for dirty funk, to be honest.
And to me, it is either that or the original version of Databank with The Revolution.
Soul Psychodelicide, the original studio version (so not the hour long rehearsel with The Revolution or the reworked versions with Kim Basinger) is so utterly cool. It's got an AWESOME intro provided by George Clinton and it's got one of Prince's dirtiest beats by way of Morris Day's drumming; the same kind of drumming that got us jams like Irresistible Bitch, another one of hus smutty funk ditties.
But that extended jam of Soul Psychodelicide... just ace. >> | |

Mandre is a group of 4 members and is exactly the same band as the earlier Maxayn. Maxayn contained vocals and Mandre was mostly instrumental. Mandre was also on Motown. Maxayn and Andre Lewis were married at some point, but I don't know if they are still.
