Baby Elephant A few days ago, someone posted up an album by Newkirk. I was never a fan of that Funk City album. From what I remember it sounded like a generic New Jack Swing album. Yes, it was released back in '07.
And yeah, it was a pretty cool album.
"Crackheads In Love," "Fred Barry" and "If You Don't Wanna Dance" were probably my favourite tracks. | |

I HATED Newkirk's solo album. Wanted very much to like it, but HATED it.
I'll check this out, though. I figure Bernie Worrell's work on it would make it at least worth a listen. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου
