I had never even heard of "Stop In the Name Of Love" until I saw this particular episode. I didn't get into The Supremes until the 80's.

Bern Nadette & Jimmy was on The View today. Bern Nadette looks ageless she has a book out about relationships. She said she had no idea she was a sex symbol when she did "Good Times". She said they monitored her fan mail. So she didn't know. She said she is just now finding out that a lot of men had a crush on her on her book tour. Jimmy who looks horrible and hasn't aged well at all. He said that none of the cast ever talked to each other during the run of the show, besides him Bern Nadette & Ralph. He said he doubt he or Esther have ever said 200 words to eachother the whole run of the show. I found that very shocking. Bern Nadette said she ran into Janet recently, and she told her she never once talked to JJ the whole show. How can U do a sitcom with someone and don't communicate with them at all? I guess Esther & James really didn't like doing the show after all.

I caught that episode of The View also. Yeah Jimmie looks rough.

I wasn't surprised to hear about Esther Rolle and Jimmie Walker not getting along. From what I understand he didn't even show up at her funeral (while the rest of the cast did).
