I read a biography on Bowie back in the 80s which stated that Mick and Bowie had a brief fling with each other... I can't speak for the book's veracity but I always thought that it was more than likely true.

The original Russian version is entitled "Ia Soshla s Uma" (I'm Going Mad"), which makes the English title a rather loose/very 'flexible' translation to say the least:)..
