I'm pretty sure Men At Work & Tracy Chapman have more than 2 hits, and so does Irene Cara.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

confuse If that counts and since there was no criteria for what qualifies as a "hit"...

Men At Work: both It's A Mistake and Overkill cracked the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10.

Whitesnake: both Fool For Your Loving and The Deeper The Love cracked the Mainstream Rock Top 10.

Actually, I believe Don McLean had a hit in the early 80's with a cover of Roy Orbsion's "Cryin'", and the other song you list as "Starry Starry Night" is actually called "Vincent".

Plus, I belive Irena Cara had a hit with "Out Here On My Own" which followed her debut hit single "Fame", and she had a couple of other minor hits.
