I forgot Spending Time With You! That's my favorite Janet song ever! I feel like Damita Jo is underrated a lot.

I'd also probably put When We Oooo in my top 5 somewhere maybe tied for 4.

To me Love Scene is the only weak slow jam she's made

Janet in some ways could be considered a female Barry White, in the sense of having sexy slow jams to make love to or blow backs out with razz My only grip with her is that being that her natural voice is already soft and feminine, there's no need to "do sexy" or "put on your sexy kitten voice (whispering shit)" when your voice could naturally be considered sensual and/or sexy.

I mean, imagine a studio engineer telling Barry White to "do sexy" or "be sexy" lol His regular tone was sexy for most women, and cool enough to help the guys put their women in the mood. There was nothing extra for him to do. This may be an odd comparison but hopefully you catch my drift.

Now, with all that being said. I love most of her sexy shit so I can't choose 5 off the dome. I'd have to really think about which ones are my favorite. I suck at Top 5's list, etc....Especially if its involving one of my favorite artists..... I'll have to come back and answer this one.

Where to begin? Her "bedroom" songs can range from sensual to downright nasty (pardon the pun)...

My top 5 in no particular order are:

Funny How Time Flies (When You're Having Fun)

Someday is Tonight

Anytime Anyplace

Love Scene

Take Care

*I'd also include Making Love in the Rain, but that's on Herb's album.

Has anybody (other than R. Kelly) released as many sex songs as Janet? I do't think Prince even has.
