Motortown Revue

During the sixties,Motown Records produced and released almost every song that became hits on the charts and on radio from the label's roster of artists. The Sound Of Young America as they were as founder Berry Gordy put it.Motown also had it's performers hit the road called the Motortown Revue. Some of those shows were documented on several record releases and was later released as a box set like six or seven years ago and one show was filmed from the early sixties at the Apollo Theater.Has anyone here ever attended those events?Does anyone here know how long those tours lasted? If some of you were old enough back at that time, please share your stories.
