He went back to a federal prison for something minute as an luxury bus? If this story is true, then there's more going on that they're telling.

According to published reports, rapper T.I. was moved to the federal Penitentiary in Atlanta on Thursday, one day after being released from an Arkansas prison where he served 11 months for violating his probation.

The rapper’s lawyer Steve Sadow told The Associated Press that the Federal Bureau of Prisons “moved T.I. to a different facility” because of an issue involving the rapper’s mode of transportation from Arkansas to Atlanta in a gleaming motor coach.

But back in December 2009, a similar customized tour bus was hired to transport T.I. from the same Arkansas prison where he served seven months on federal weapons charges to a halfway house in Atlanta. So the issue isn’t so much the luxury tour bus, but what occurred on board the tour bus that prison officials objected to.

On August 31, 2011 — the day T.I. was released from that same Arkansas facility into that same halfway house in Atlanta via the same mode of transportation as the last time — a custom tour bus, an industry veteran reached out to us and asked, “Does it make sense that VH1 put out a press release about a reality show before T.I. was even back in Atlanta?”

No, it didn’t make any sense. Apparently, it didn’t make sense to the feds either.

According to a well-connected source within the legal community in Atlanta, the feds “had no idea” that T.I. was the subject of a reality show.

“Cameras were rolling from the minute T.I. was released from an Arkansas prison Wednesday, capturing his journey from AR to the Dismas Charities halfway house in Atlanta.”

Also at issue, according to our source, was the fact that “arrangements” had been made between the cable network and a worker at the Dismas Charities halfway house to allow filming of T.I. inside the facility.

But a higher-up at Dismas Charities told TMZ there is “absolutely no way” the facility will allow VH1 to bring cameras INSIDE the halfway house… saying, “no, it is just not going to happen.”

There is no word on whether T.I. will remain at the federal prison in Atlanta or be transported back to Arkansas to finish his sentence.

Update I, 9:04 a.m. ET: According to the bureau of prisons website, T.I. is incarcerated at the U.S. federal prison in Atlanta and his new release date is September 29. So it looks like he will do all of his halfway house time locked up.

Update II, 9:09 a.m. ET: TMZ.com spoke with T.I.’s uncle, who reiterated that … T.I. was not drinking on the bus to Atlanta and showed up to the halfway house sober and on time. The uncle says T.I. “stopped drinking a long time ago.”

T.I. stopped drinking about 10 months ago, to be exact…

Luck is not on his side for some reason

While it is routine to transport yourself from prison to a halfway house upon initial release, you are required to fill out paperwork making a request to do this, and in that request they ask you about the vehicle and driver to be used. Apparently T.I applied for, and was approved for, transport in a van, but used a very different vehcile when all was said and done. We live in a messed world, but regardless of that, we know that if you play with fire you are likely to get burned. "Your eyes were wide open, why were they open?" Just keep your eyes closed T.I. if you are not going to take in what is right in front of them.

It just really sounds like a child who is trying to complete their punishment, but not (to bring R. Pryor into it) "really, really" trying. Stop sneaking out the damn window T.I., sit still and get this bullshit done with. Those are org tax dollars you are spending taking all of this bullshit into court, out of court, administrative cost, etc... Poor poor fuckin' T. fucking I.! Tiny, who I love as much as T.I., is now talking about how prison staff posed for pictures with T.I. and his bus, as though that matters. When you pull shit it comes back on you in its own time, not when and how you want it to. The folks posing for pictures with him are not likely to have any part of the vehicle approval process , and most likely had no idea about the undercover parts of this situation. T.I. was doing just what he wanted to do, again, and fucked up. I mean come on - driving with Codene Cough Syrup in a recreational cup while you are out on a wepons probation - and making u-turns?

Oh Please! He is just human. Why would they even let him in the luxury bus in the first place? Didn't they have to escort him to the halfway house? They just picking on him at this point.

You can be picked up from prison by whatever mode of transportation you want. Federal authorities can not regulate that. What they can regulate is exposure to federally funded halfway homes. It was not the lavish bus that was the problem per se, but it was the lavish bus, and four car loads of camera crew pulling up to the Federally Funded halfway house that was the issue. In some of the pictures, if you look closely, the name of the facility is even shown. This is a breach of security for not just him, but all other inmates being housed in the halfway house. He is back in federal custody (not to be confused with prison) so that they may move him to another halfway house. Hope this clarity will help your readers.

Tiny: Prison officials to...o tour bus

Gossip blog TMZ.com continues to push the story that rapper T.I. was moved to a federal prison yesterday because his mode of transportation to a halfway house in Atlanta — a luxury tour bus — was not approved. Now TMZ has published another story which conflicts with their first story.

As we reported earlier, a custom tour bus was T.I.’s method of transportation in 2009 when he left Forrest City prison to return to Atlanta. The tour bus was common knowledge, even on Twitter. The tour bus is not the reason T.I. is back in federal custody — it’s what occurred on the bus — and the fact that T.I was traveling with a reality TV crew (not to mention a huge entourage).

Tameka “Tiny” Cottle tells us … when the tour bus rolled up to the Arkansas prison yesterday, prison officials “Walked him over, took pics and told him good luck in life.”

TMZ broke the story … the warden ordered T.I. back into custody after he made the trek to his halfway house, claiming T.I. only informed officials he would be traveling in a van … and not a tricked out tour bus.

But Tiny says, “This is a bunch of bulls**t … they should have said something before he got on the bus … T.I. would have politely gotten into a van.”

She adds, “T.I. is one of the strongest individuals I know … and they just trying to break him in more ways than one and it’s not gonna work! ‘Cause what God got for him, can’t no man take that away … period!” Source

Exactly, i mean come on now! How do u not know these things, i mean he is doing time, they tell u what u can and can not do and totally just violates it, whether we think its dumb, its a rule. Its like saying oh i'll meet u in front and then going out the back, basically its ego gone wild thinking you are better than everyone else, he wants to "show his ego" and travel in luxury, which to me is further slapping people in the face that are behind bars, or even just your fans, and this is why i cant get into that BS macho shit that Rap has played itself with, TI a major contributor to the problem

The conspiracy that I immediately thought of was why in the world would he have the same group of thugs and thugettes in the entourage that (I assume) were the same scoundrels that got him in trouble the last time!

Does someone want him away just a bit longer? Is Tiny (his wife) messing around with the best friend?

Why didn't he just have a bunch of elders pick him up in a beat up car or something? GEEZ! Is it that hard to find a bunch of old black ladies singing church hymns (the most non-threatening people in his neighborhood I'm sure!) or SOMETHING, ANYTHING other than the same motley crew of misfits that got him in trouble AT THE START!

I don't know much about the inner-workings of the music industry, however, I'm going to make an assumption that there is much backstabbing and one-upsmanship that goes on, even amongst people who are clearly not A listers (as in T.I.'s entourage) but who use the little bit of connection they have to destroy the person that they are supposedly homeboys with!

Hey T.I. if you're reading this I hope you fire everyone around you and start over, they are clearly not "your boys". If my friend was in that situation and had all this entourage crap planned I would have just called them a yellow cab and put them in an apocalypse bunker in an undisclosed location until all was right with the world!

Its obvious he used that luxury bus for room to film his new reality show. Kind of clever. But not a good idea on the way to a halfway house. VH1 should be just as much to blame if not more than he is. Hopefully he just will be held until they find another Halfway house facility then will be released in a month.

These events that have happen to TI in the past 3 years have been unheard. He is definitely a libra. But he will be ok, because we usually are.
