Based on the pictures, it doesnt look like she has a bump at all. I mean for crying out loud she is wearing a dress that doesnt even hug her body. She is giving the illusion by HOLDING her stomach and if she is indeed pregnant at this stage it really is unnessary to do that unless she wants people to think shes pregnant which is the point she is trying to make.... it looks like a ploy like some have said

I'm still curious about why there was publicity about her being pregnant after Alicia Keys had her baby. I believe that was either a PR stunt to keep her name/brand alive or she suffered a miscarriage. Anyways, congrats to her, though she's not the first to do it. The fact this is being focused on more than the actual show pretty much tells me it sucked this year, surprise surprise. It's almost like she's parading around a new single isn't it? But I'm sure others have confirmed pregnancy in interviews before too, didn't Britney?
