Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Tuesday's Gone" and Aerosmith's "Full Circle"

Am I nuts or do these songs sound very similar? If you listen to the intro of "Tuesday's Gone" isn't that basically "Full Circle?"

There is a very tiny similiarity. But nothing that sounds like a blatant rip off or anything.
