Deee-Lite was always a fun, dance music diversion.
Though, IMO, their most famous song, "Groove is in the Heart", is now pretty annoying. But, it was great that they put it out and it got played. It was campy ridiculous, but it was pretty great. Nothing wrong with something being of its time.
They had better songs (even off of the first album), and better albums (Dewdrops in the Garden), but this is what they'll be remembered for by most people. [Edited 8/23/11 11:38am] | |

Their second album was always laying around my house (mom bought it), but I was too young and never listened to anything of theirs aside from the singles I heard on the radio.
This song is cool too.
