It's not just fan board people, it's real life people in my age group too, those who like MJ like him best from OTW through HIStory I find. I like how if I listen to 80's or 90's MJ too much, I can go back to the early epic years, or back to motown or solo motown so I don't get tired of him or see him as a one dimensional artist. His voice is so underrated cause he did different things with it for decades and different styles of music, but one has to hear all his stuff to really know of that IMO.

I definitely agree alphastreet! I never understood MJ fans who consider themselves to be solely MJ fans, but they aren't J-5 or Jacksons fans.

Maybe because, they are too different entities, that did two different types of R&B.

MJ was more like pop/rock with r&b elements if you hold it against the contemporary r&b then. BOTDF sounded nothing like the r&b of that time at all. If you ask me, the 70's stuff they did would sound more similar, plus it was being sampled a lot anyways in the 90's

Damn. I would have to say that this is the most interesting "vs." I have ever seen. The best Jacksons album vs. the best MJ album? Wow! I am gonna have to give it to Destiny. I have always preferred Michael with his brothers than by himself. This is a large success for the Jackson Brothers, they finally got the reigns to produce and they rocked that shit. I think that OTW is perfect but the brothers were magic. The Jacksons were music royalty.

In regards to Prince I'm a fan, In regards to music I'm a fanatic!!
