OK, a few weeks ago I did a thread and posted youtube videos showing you how shitty my old stomping grounds has become and now I'm gonna show you how it used to be back when it was kickin'.

Thanks to shit hop, we now call it Club Shitty Lights but back in the 1990s in my old whorin' days, this club was the baddest motherfucker in the city of Jackson. DJ Harvey was spinnin' the jams and he was on FIRE! He was a white DJ in a predominately black gay club and he loved some black music as well as some black dicks. To make a long story short, the motherfucker was bad as hell and could mix his motherfucking ASS off! When he lost the club, every DJ that followed him copied his style, including me across the street for a few months at Club Sugarbaker's. He was very much imitated but never duplicated.

I've done my damndest with this mix to recreate the mood of a night at Club City Lights with DJ Harvey mixin' up the jams and I think I've done a pretty good job, of course no one can match Harvey fully. Anyway, I got the feeling going on and I can almost visualize the hookers on every corner around the club workin' the tricks and rough trade. I can also see the few little white folks that came over from the white club across the street after it closed and dancing on the dance floor sniffing rush all out in the open. I can smell the weed and rocks coming from the dope smoking room and I can visualize the dick suckin' goin' on in the parking lot. The $5 cover charge on a Beer Bust night got you all you can drink up until 1:00 a.m. and then you go backstage and buy beer illegally or bring your liquor bottle in and buy a Coke, Sprite, or orange juice setup. Yes, many a night we used to come out of the club at the end of the night and see the damn sun coming up.
