I think its been reissued a few times since the people who had the rights before the Hendrix Estate got em back went buckwild with reissues....

The tune first appears on the Rainbow Bridge Soundtrack & Jimi Plays Berkeley

...First Rays Of The New Rising Sun & West Coast Seattle Boy: The Jimi Hendrix Anthology

Focusing on this particular song, a preference might be the West Coast Seattle Boy release because of the track sequencing.
It is preceded by a nice instrumental (Bolero) that leads directly into Hey Baby just as it occurred in the studio.
Another point is that you don't have to get the entire 4-CD West Coast Seattle Boy set to have it as it's also on the single CD release.
